Approval Received!

We have received Planning Board approval for our newest project on 35 Portland St in Downtown Worcester.

The approved project was designed with 108 residential units, ground floor retail and a state-of-the-art parking system on the ground floor.  The six-story building design also includes a beautiful interior courtyard, imagined by our in-house design and development team at Alaris Construction.

Special thanks to Joshua Lee Smith for his work to get the project approved.
